What to Expect

Free Consultation (30 min.)

We can meet up for 30 minutes, free of charge, and discuss where you want to be and how we can get you there.
If life is a thousand miles and therapy is the journey, this is the single step.

Regular Session (53 min.)

For 53 minutes, we will walk the path outlined by your individualized treatment plan, whether that involves psychoeducation to better understand the process, talk therapy to better understand yourself, or art therapy to better process your sensory experience.

This is one step after the other, side by side, one session at a time.
